ORDERING INFORMATION
Once an order has been placed and the wrapper
proof has been approved for print, please allow 2-4 business days for us
to process your order plus shipping
time. Possibly 1-2 more business days may be needed if it is a very large order. If you
need your order printed and shipped in less than 2 days, please add a 10%
rush charge or $20.00, whichever is greater. Rush fees do not apply for
birth announcement wrappers.
We will
email you a sample of your wrapper to proof. We do not print an order
until approval of the wrapper proof is given. We will send your proof as a
.jpg file.
PAYMENT - Payment is required once a wrapper proof is
approved before an order is printed. We accept Visa and Mastercard by
phone, Personal Checks and Money Orders by mail and PayPal by Internet.
Paypal accepts Visa, Mastercard,
Discover, American Express and eCheck. Personal checks require an
additional 5-7 business days to clear. There is a $30.00 fee for returned
checks. All payments must be in US funds.
REFUND - Since wrappers are custom made, once the wrapper proof has been
approved, it has been printed, and therefore nonrefundable. If you need to
cancel your order, please do so before you give final approval of the
wrapper proof.
