Q: What type(s) of candy/edible products do you use?   BACK TO TOP
A: We use 1.55 oz Hershey bars, assorted Hershey miniatures, individually wrapped Breathsavers, Breathsavers rolls, and Jolly Rancher lollipops.  We also overwrap water bottles which fit Nestle' Pure Life, Ozarka, and Zephyr Hills water bottles.  We will make water bottle labels to fit other brands of water if you desire.

Q: What type of paper and printing do you use?   BACK TO TOP
A: We use a soft gloss laser paper for all candywrappers. and a soft gloss laser cardstock for mintbooks and teabooks.  For invitations, we use a 110 lb. bright white cardstock or linen cardstock.  Other special request invitations may require an assortment of vellums and cardstocks. Waterbottle labels are printed on a waterproof, tearproof product which feels similar to vinyl so the bottles can be submerged in ice and/or water without tearing or falling apart. 
We print using a high quality color laser for the sharpest images and best results.  We guarantee that colors will not run, smear, or fade. 

Q: Can I make changes to any of the designs shown?   BACK TO TOP
A: Yes, most designs can be personalized by changing colors to coordinate with your event.  You can change the font and/or font color, and add and/or change the special message to suit your needs. For example, if you like the font on one item and the special message on another, please indicate the changes in your request, and we will accommodate your request(s).

Q: If I do not see a wrapper I want, do you create custom orders?  BACK TO TOP
A: Yes, we would love to create a custom wrapper for you.  A custom wrapper is one that is not shown on our website and must be created "from scratch."  To create a product to your specifications, the design process can take from 2 days to 2 weeks.  Please contact us by phone or e-mail about your custom design idea.  We will contact you by phone or e-mail to review your request.  We will send you a proof of your wrapper before we print.   When reviewing the proof, please check all words and dates.  Once approved, the wrappers will be printed. We request a $25 deposit before we begin designing your custom wrapper.  The $25 deposit will be credited toward your final total. 

Q: Can I add a photo or logo to my wrapper?   BACK TO TOP
A: Yes, you can add a photo, a company logo, or other graphic(s) to personalize our products for your special event. All logos and photos should be in .bmp or .jpg format.  Please note, if you are using a professional photograph or graphic, you must provide us a written release prior to processing your order.  The written release form must be on the photographer/studio's letterhead granting Treasured Memories permission to use your photo in the product design. 
   
Photo tips: 1.) Use a photo that is well-lit and close up.  Too much background in the photo can reduce the quality of the photo once cropped. 2.)Please do not crop the photo, we will do it for you. 3.)If you are sending a photo via e-mail, please scan the photo at 300 dpi for best results.  E-mail scanned photos to cindy@yourtreasuredmemories.com. Please include your name and order information in your e-mail.

Q: Can you create a wrapper using copyrighted products?   BACK TO TOP
A:  Copyrighted characters such as Elmo® (© 2005 Sesame Workshop®, all rights reserved) and Barbie® (© 2002 Mattel, Inc. all rights reserved),  are property of their respective owners. Therefore, we can not create wrappers with the actual characters.  However, we can create wrappers to fit with your theme and colors of your event.
Please note, if you are using a professional photograph, you must provide us a written release prior to processing your order. All e-mailed photos should be in .bmp or .jpg format.  For faster order processing, we highly recommend you e-mail your photo.  Please see "Can I add a photo or logo to my wrapper?" for more information.

Q: Do you color match?  BACK TO TOP
A: We always try our best to print colors the way you see them on the screen.  However, because monitors display colors in RGB (Red, Green, Blue), and printers print using CYMK (Cyan, Yellow, Magenta, Black), there will always be variations in color.  We make every effort to match colors as close as possible.  Please feel free to mail us a swatch of fabric, invitation paper, ribbon, or anything with your specific color so that we can match your order as close as possible.  Please understand that this will lengthen the order processing time.  But, we will gladly accommodate your request.

Q: What forms of payment to you accept?  BACK TO TOP
A: We accept Visa and Mastercard by phone, Personal Checks and Money Orders by mail and PayPal by Internet. PayPal accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and eCheck.
Personal checks require an additional 5-7 business days to clear. There is a $30.00 fee for returned checks. All payments must be in US funds.

Q: Do you charge tax?   BACK TO TOP
A: Sales tax is only charged to Mississippi residents and businesses.  Mississippi sales tax is 7%.  However, if a Mississippi non-profit, 501c(3) organization places an order, the organization must fax/mail a Sales Tax Exemption form with the order.

Q: When should I place my order?  BACK TO TOP
A: As soon as possible.  Even if your event is months away, it is best to order now.  We do require a minimum of two weeks to process orders.  If you pay by check, money order, e-Check, your order will take longer to process.  So, please allow enough time for us to work to create your product just the way you would like it.

Q: Can I cancel my order?   BACK TO TOP
A: Since wrappers are custom made, once the wrapper proof has been approved, it has been printed, and therefore nonrefundable. If you need to cancel your order, please do so before you give final approval of the wrapper proof.

Q: What is your return policy?   BACK TO TOP
A: You must contact us within 24 hours of order receipt to report any problems with your order.  A problem would be any misspelled words/dates on our part if the words/dates were correct in the proof.  However, if you approve a proof which contains errors, the order is nonrefundable.  We are not responsible for any damage caused during transit by UPS, USPS, or any other parcel carrier, but we will do the best we can to accommodate you.

Q: Can I pick up my order?   BACK TO TOP
A:  Yes.  Customers who live in the Hattiesburg, MS area can arrange a time to pick up your order once it is processed.  Please indicate on your order form that you will pick up your order. The shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your order when it is picked up.  If you have any questions, please call 601-270-5628.
